Investment project: Development and operation of a Photovoltaic power plant, fixed yield 15%+5%

The new thing in this project is that the investments will be directed not only in the preparation of a project, but also in the construction and operation of the solar park.

The project includes a purchased land plot in an urbanized area, the documents with requests for conditions of connection have already been submitted to the electricity distribution company ERP Sever EAD and forwarded to the Electric power system operator ESO, whose fee for the processing of the request has been paid, i.e. most of the time needed for documents and reconciliations has passed.

The project is in an advanced phase of implementation which minimizes the risks of a negative decision regarding the connection of the power plant which is the most important part for this type of investment.

Funding will be sought for phase 2 (duration 14 months) of the project, namely for the construction of the plant and its operation in the first year.

Project duration, i.e. the term for which your money will be invested is 14 months (1.2 years) with a fixed yield that you will receive in two stages:

  1. after 14 months together with the invested funds 15% (≈13% annual)
  2. after another 14 months another 5%

 

So the total yield is 20% and the amount is invested for 15 months only.

After 14 months, you receive back your invested funds and with 15% return, and yet, after another 14 months, you also get another 5% return on the initial capital you received back a year before that.

Project parameters:

Ground Photovoltaic plant with power up to 300,0 kWp

The photovoltaic plant is an electrical energy generation system consisting of:

  • installation of photovoltaic panels mounted on separate ground and roof structures;
  • network inverters which change the direct current voltage of the photovoltaics into alternating current voltage with the nominal parameters of the electrical network;
  • ground and roof construction for mounting the photovoltaic panels;
  • connecting cables and wires for the elements of the system;
  • grounding and lightning protection installations;

 

The photovoltaic modules selected for this project are of the monocrystalline type with producer: JA Solar 540 Wp.

Technical specifications:

  • Total number of photovoltaic panels = 551 pcs. x 540 Wp = 297 540 Wp;
  • inverters 1 and 2 and 3 connected with 183 x 540 Wp panels each.

 

Annual production: 277 864 kWh

 

Advantages of the planned investment:

  • Fixed yield of 15%+5% for the entire project period, well above that of bank deposits.
  • The request for conditions for connecting the plant has already been submitted to the Electric power system operator ESO for approval.
