Skiathos (Greek: Σκιάθος; Latin: Sciathos and Sciathus) is a small Greek island in the Aegean Sea. Skiathos is the westernmost island in the group of islands of the Northern Sporades. To the west are the mainland and Magnesia, and to the east is the island of Skopelos.
Due to the location of the island of Skiathos, only two hours by ferry from the city of Volos, it is most visited and preferred by tourists for summer cruises and vacations.

The conceptual designs of the complex are based on the concept of a secluded romantic vacation by the sea and are prepared by a professional team.
SCIATHOS PRIVATE RESIDENCES will include the construction of two-storey single-family houses / villas, shared parking, a coffee club, a staff building, an access control and reception room, a restaurant and a sewage treatment plant. The single-family houses / villas will be divided into 2 types:
Detached houses with two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and two toilets, veranda and pool;
Detached houses with one bedroom, one living room, two bathrooms and two toilets, a veranda and a swimming pool.
A total of 10 detached houses with private pools and luxuriously furnished, with a total built-up area of the houses will be 1000 square meters.
The investment intention is to build a holiday village that will be used seasonally.

The financial and legal scheme under which the project will be implemented is designed with a criterion providing maximum transparency and security for shareholders. The gradual development of the share capital gives an additional guarantee for the shareholders.
The company will distribute 90% of its profits as a dividend each year.
